We collect personal information about you when you choose to provide it through registration. We endeavor to collect only as much personal information as is absolutely necessary to assist you in participating in the PQ 5K Community Fun Run/Walk (“Event”).

If your personal information changes (e.g. name, address, zip code, telephone number, etc.), or you no longer desire to participate in the Event, we will endeavor to update or remove this information from our records.
We do not use or retain personal information that you provide to us for any secondary purposes unless we clearly notify you and gain your permission first. We will not sell, share, rent or otherwise disclose your personal information to any organization or individual outside the Event unless we first notify you and ask your permission. From time-to-time we may request information from you via surveys. Participation in these surveys is completely voluntary and you have a choice of whether or not to disclose the information requested. Survey information will be used solely for the purposes of monitoring and/or improving the Event. Participation in surveys is completely voluntary.
The Event website is not a secure website. Encryption is not used to protect personal information. If you prefer to provide personal information via regular postal service you can download the registration form and deliver it to any of the Event organizers or to the addressed stated therein.
